Amy has extensive experience preparing fabulous, nutritious vegetarian/vegan gluten-free foods. She is excited to collaborate with farmers and merchants in and around the Queen City. Amy's passion for cooking and penchant for creating mouthwatering soups the whole family can enjoy led to friends and other loved ones encouraging her to start her own food-based business for some 20 years now.
